Branson residents looking to lose weight in 2010 are also exercising their competitive muscles in the “Howbadyawanit” Weight Loss Challenge now underway. I wanted to create a fitness program that benefits everyone involved, from the challengers and their families to our community and its businesses. Better weight control improves the overall health and well-being of individuals, which translates into healthier and more productive employees. I believe this challenge fits that description and will result in fantastic results for everyone.
