August 29th 2009 our team completed a sprint Adventure Race located in Devils Den Arkansas.  It was fun but because this was a sprint race, there was no stopping to check coordinates and refuel.  It was go, go, go.  Therefore, it only took us about 3 hours, but I was more wiped out from this race than after the 14 hour berryman we did last year.  I think i'll stick to non-sprint adventure races where some one my size (6'4"230) can catch a breather at each check point.  Can you see the exhaustion in my eyes?
